Every Georgia football fan has been paying close attention to Carson Beck ever since he transferred to Miami (FL). Beck did not have a great season at Georgia in 2024, so everyone was curious if he would be able to bounce back with the Hurricanes this year.
And so far this season Beck has more than delivered and has proven why he was once thought of as the best quarterback in the country. In fact, Vegas oddsmakers believe he is the frontrunner to win the Heisman Trophy right now.
After this epic weekend of CFB the market is showing Carson Beck as the Heisman Frontrunner 👀

Former Georgia QB Carson Beck named Heisman frontrunner
Beck and Miami might just have the best resume in all of college football through four weeks. The Hurricanes sit at No. 2 in the country after a 4-0 start which includes wins over Notre Dame, a ranked USF team and Florida.
Beck arguably is the biggest reason why Miami has been so dominant to start the season as he has completed 73 percent of his passes for 972 yards and seven touchdowns. He has however thrown three interceptions already which is something he did a lot of last season at Georgia.
The Hurricanes are already through the toughest stretch in their schedule due to the ACC being a very weak conference this year. Their final test of the season just so happens to be their next game when they travel to No. 8 Florida State on Oct. 4. A win in this game and Miami more than likely will go 12-0 in the regular season, but even if they lose they should be well on their way to making the College Football Playoff.
Fans across the country might think Georgia fans are jealous seeing Beck thrive at Miami, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Gunner Stockton is off to a great start to his season as well and is one of the leaders in the Heisman race as well.
So at the end of the day Beck's success at Miami really doesn't matter as long as Stockton and Georgia continue to win, but the second UGA falls on hard times fans might begin to wonder what could have been had Beck stayed in Athens.
