With the addition of Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC, the most difficult conference in college football just got even harder. Georgia, with a trip to Austin in Week 8 and its usual rivalries with Alabama and Florida, has one of the toughest schedules in the entire country this season.
The good news is that with a 12-team College Football Playoff Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs could suffer a loss or two and still have a chance to play for their third national championship in four seasons. Though as the favorites in the SEC, Georgia may not have to worry about that.
