Kirby Smart and Georgia football have made one thing very clear already in the few days that the transfer portal has been open, they want to add a wide receiver to their team. And how can you blame them after all of the drops this year's wide receivers have had this season?

The No. 1 player in the portal may already be trending towards Georgia, but there is a second wide receiver that Georgia fans should begin monitoring as well.

LSU WR CJ Daniels

According to Pete Nakos with On3, Georgia football has scheduled a visit with LSU transfer wide receiver CJ Daniels.

Daniels was not a recruit out of high school that anyone had on their radar as 247Sports had him as the No. 408 wide receiver in the country and No. 238 player from Georgia. Because of this, his first stop was at the group of five level where he spent four seasons with Liberty. His final season with Liberty is when he exploded onto the scene when he recorded 55 receptions for 1,067 yards and 10 touchdowns.

It was after this season when he made the decision to enter the transfer portal and head to LSU. This past year during his only season with the Tigers, Daniels recorded 42 receptions for 480 yards. But Daniels is once again entering the transfer portal for his final season, and Georgia is showing interest.

Daniels has also scheduled visits to Miami (FL), Georgia Tech, Auburn and Ole Miss along with Georgia.

It will be a little bit of time before we learn where he stands with Georgia as it is likely that he takes all five of these visits. It also will be interesting to see how Eric Singleton's recruitment to Georgia could impact this as well.

But Georgia fans know one thing, Smart is going to bring in a transfer wide receiver this offseason, so hopefully it is someone who can make a big impact on the team next season.
