USC transfer wide receiver Zachariah Branch trolls Alabama while on visit to Georgia

Georgia football and Kirby Smart are currently in the midst of arguably their most important recruiting visit of the transfer portal season. Everyone knows that Georgia needs a lot of help at wide receiver, and Smart has been doing everything in his power to get that help from the portal the last few weeks.

The most recent example of this was seen in star USC transfer Zachariah Branch, who is the No. 4 overall player in the portal according to 247Sports. Branch and his brother Zion are both currently on a visit to Georgia, and things seem to be going extremely well.

Branch is clearly one of the top players in the portal after an elite two seasons at USC, with many considering him the most electric and fastest player in the entire country. So that fact alone makes it obvious that he would be a good fit at Georgia. But there is a lot more to recruiting then just getting the best players because these players need to also be a good fit for the program as well. And Branch so far appears to check that box after a recent post on his TikTok account.

One of Branch's most recent reposts on the social media app TikTok shows a video with the quote "LSU and Bama produce better NFL players than Georgia." But the video itself is saying this statement is incorrect because it highlights a large amount of NFL players currently dominating the league that played at Georgia.

It's no secret that Georgia does not like Alabama. They have been the only program in the country who have been able to regularly beat Georgia during Smart's tenure at Georgia, especially recently. So seeing Branch join in on that hatred is likely a good sign that he feels comfortable at Georgia, because everyone involved in the program and fanbase do not like Alabama at all.

Who knows if the Branch brothers will commit to Georgia, but this video is just another sign that they are high on the Bulldogs. Now it is up to Smart to close the deal and make this elite duo official members of the Georgia program.
