Every Georgia fan has heard the Larry Munson call, and read the Lewis Grizzard column about UGA great Kevin Butler’s kick with 11 seconds left in the game. Clemson came to Athens as the No. 2 ranked team to take on the No. 20 Bulldogs.

Most know that Georgia was down 20-6 at halftime, but not many knew that Butler missed a 26 yard field goal earlier in the game. He made two field goals in the second quarter of 34 and 51 yards, and of course, the 43-yarder that gave Georgia its first lead. After Georgia’s 26-23 win this year, both teams had relatively unremarkable years, and both finished the season unranked.
