The Bulldog Nation should not panic because…

Hello? Second game of the season.

It’s just one loss in a long season. Georgia has a very favorable schedule with home games against Tennessee, Auburn and Georgia Tech. The consensus was that the game against South Carolina was going to be the toughest one on the schedule, and Georgia was just a couple of zebra whistles and a bad offensive call away from winning the game.

It’s just way too early to panic. When and if the Bulldogs suffer their second conference loss, thats when you have to really start worrying about tiebreakers and missing the SEC Championship game. The Bulldogs have three straight home games coming up, with two of the being conference games. By the first week in October, Georgia could be 2-1 in SEC play and sitting right on top of the East.

For now, it’s just a loss. A loss that stings, nonetheless.
