Georgia football got a gift anyone associated with this magnificent sport would want for their favorite team — another trip to a national championship. That missed field goal at the stroke of midnight to bring in the new year was magical and something Georgia fans will never forget. The Dawgs found a way to win, and that miracle keeps the dream alive.
Throughout the game, social media was out of control. All Georgia fans thought it was over and were praying to the football gods for something to happen — us included. The reactions after the game, though, were works of art.
Dawg Nation came in clutch with all their reactions to this game, and they went to war with Ohio State, Alabama, and other fanbases who had the audacity to complain. However, we get it and know why they complain — Georgia makes them jealous. For now, let’s focus on what Dawg Nation put together because, despite the opposing fan’s best efforts, none of them are worth discussing.
Check out these Georgia football reactions from the Dawgs’ win over Ohio State in the Peach Bowl.
A day ago, the Dawgs took the field, and now we reflect on the best reactions we found on Twitter. These are just some of them because not all were appropriate enough for an article.

Kirby Smart will go down as one of the greatest coaches in CFB history when it’s all said and done. His energy and passion for the details and the never ending thirst for perfection are on display every time he coaches

To be clear. With a win for Stetson next Monday he is the greatest Bulldog of all time, not the best player or the most talented simply the greatest.

Beautiful game. Whoever that was in Kirby Smart’s ear that diagnosed the fake punt should get a nice end of the year bonus. Timeout of the century.

Former Dawgs, current Dawgs and all the fans rejoiced last night after Georgia finished the job. The reactions give us goosebumps and put a smile on our faces. That last reaction on Stetson Bennett’s face is honestly the perfect tweet. You could tell just how excited he was that Ohio State missed the kick and Georgia won. His incredible story continues, but the entire team’s story does as well because they are 28-1 right now.
Georgia football still has life, and they will take on a TCU team that doesn’t know how to lose, either. These two teams should be in the national championship because they earned it. The Horned Frogs and the Dawgs are the last two teams standing, and what a time it is for college football. Fans can enjoy these reactions a bit longer, but now it’s championship week, and the team is focused on taking down TCU.
