Defensive lineman and linebackers are kicking things off at the NFL Combine on Thursday, and Georgia football fans have a lot to cheer for as four Bulldogs are making their mark at the Combine already.
One of the biggest events specifically for defensive lineman is the 10-yard split measurement as this gives a great look at how quick these lineman actually are. And while other players are still going through this drill, three Georgia Bulldogs put on a show including one Bulldog recording the fastest time of the day in his second event.
In the all-important 10-yard split measurement, Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins finished tied for the top mark at 1.69 seconds.

Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins shoes are on fire
Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins is the Bulldog having the best performance of the day so far. He began his Thursday by running the fastest 40-yard dash time only to follow that up by posting the fastest 10-yard split measurement as well.
Georgia fans have known Ingram-Dawkins is one of the fastest defensive lineman in the country, but not many outside of UGA knew this. That however is changing in a hurry after the electric start to the Combine by Ingram-Dawkins.
2 more Bulldogs shine in the 10-yard split
Two more Bulldogs had an impressive time in the 10-yard split as well. Both trailed Ingram-Dawkins by a little bit, but Warren Brinson recorded an impressive 1.76 while Nazir Stackhouse tallied a 1.80.
Both of these times are extremely fast as well and will showcase to each NFL organization what they can bring to the table. Quickness is an important attribute for defensive lineman as that can be the difference between making a big play in the backfield and being a split second late and giving up a big gain. But all three of these Georgia Bulldogs showed that they are as quick as anyone in the NFL, so this will most certainly help all of their Draft stocks.
