Five-star Georgia commit Donte Wright he’s been giving Kirby Smart a lot of issues recently. After committing to Georgia last summer Wright has started to trend to Oregon instead, but at this point he hasn’t made the jump to the Ducks yet.
Wright was in Athens last week during G-Day which may have seemed like a sign that he was feeling better about Georgia. But just a few days later Wright confirmed why Smart and all of Georgia are so nervous because he said it’s “hard to decide” between UGA and Oregon.

5-star Georgia commit Donte Wright continues to add stress to Kirby Smart's life
Wright was officially predicted to flip his commitment to Oregon at the beginning of March. The fact he hasn't done so yet along with his visit to Georgia last weekend made it seem like UGA had a chance to hold onto his commitment.
The above statement however eliminates all of those good feelings.
If he was locked in with Georgia then he wouldn't be struggling with this decision at all. In fact, he would've never given Oregon the time of day if he was confident Georgia was the right place for him. Unfortunately he did more than give Oregon the time of day, and it looks like a recent push from Smart and Georgia hasn't helped.
Losing Wright's commitment would be a nightmare for Georgia. He is a consensus five-star recruit, so even though there are other really good players out there he is someone that is impossible to replace.
Unfortunately it looks like this recruitment will eventually turn into a loss for Georgia, but they always have a chance until he actually flips his commitment. But this recent comment is the last thing anyone wants to see as the summer recruiting months are about to heat up.
