Georgia football is one day away from their showdown with Texas in the SEC Championship game, and that means the predictions and analysis surrounding this game is at an all time high. While many think that this game will be extremely close, there are some out there who aren't giving Georgia a chance, even though they beat Texas by 15 points earlier this season.
And one of those people is ESPN analyst Harry Lyles, who had the following to say about his confidence in Georgia's offense against the Longhorns' defense.
"It's not very high and I think part of that is that we're gonna have to see something that we haven't seen often enough this year which is a very good Carson Beck."

Has he not watched Georgia play the last few weeks?
Nobody can deny that Beck hasn't been as great as everyone hoped this season. He's had many games where he struggled to take care of the ball, and that includes the first meeting against Texas when he threw three interceptions.
But did this analyst not pay attention to Georgia and Beck these last three weeks?
During Georgia's last three games, Beck has been the best version of himself that we have seen this season. He's completed about 63 percent of his passes for 941 yards and 11 touchdowns. On top of that, Beck didn't turn the ball over once which has been one of the biggest concerns from him this season.
So sure it is fine to question how he will handle the Longhorns' elite defense, but maybe Lyles shouldn't act like Beck is hopeless and stands no chance at playing well and leading Georgia to victory. Becuase if Beck has taught us anything this year, it's that he always shows up in the biggest moments when Georgia needs him most.
And Georgia fans should be confident that he and Kirby Smart will be able to do that on Saturday and bring a SEC Championship back to Athens.
