The 2026 NFL Draft is officially in the books and it saw eight Georgia Bulldogs get drafted. This included Monroe Freeling who was Georgia's one and only first round draft pick this year.
Having a first round pick is always a big deal, but at Georgia the expectations are much higher than that. Thankfully Georgia is already being projected to have two first round picks in the 2027 NFL Draft next year.
Those players are defensive backs Ellis Robinson and KJ Bolden, and it can't go unnoticed how important it is for Georgia that these two players are expected to be such high picks next year.

Ellis Robinson and KJ Bolden projected to be first round picks in 2027 NFL Draft
One of the biggest problems for Georgia last season was their pass defense. They improved as the season went on, but they were caught giving up big passing plays over the top far too often.
That is an area of focus this offseason as Georgia looks to get back to better defensive play in the secondary, and this mock draft suggests they will be much better this year.
Everyone knows Robinson and Bolden will be great players, but for them both to become first round draft picks is unheard of.
It isn't too common for two players in the same secondary to be taken this high in the same draft. There will be a lot of defenses next season that have multiple draftees in their secondary, but Georgia would more than likely be the only school with two first round picks.
Robinson and Bolden will both have to go out and prove they are this talented this season, but they have both already shown that the potential is there. But it's fun to imagine this coming true because Georgia would be much better overall if these two are as dominant as this mock draft suggests.
