Georgia football is entering the home stretch when it comes to their recruitment of five-star quarterback Jared Curtis. The No.1 QB in the country has narrowed his list down to the Bulldogs and Oregon, and after recent visits to both schools Curtis is ready to announce his commitment.
His commitment will take place on May 5, so there is still a good amount of time for Georgia and Oregon to recruit him, but up until this news it was unclear who the leader for Curtis was. But the first official prediction from a national recruiting expert is in, and it is great news for Georgia.

Georgia predicted to land Jared Curtis
National Recruiting Director Adam Gorey has officially made his prediction in the recruitment for Curtis in favor of the Bulldogs.
It is a little surprising at this point to see any prediction made for Curtis because all other reports so far have stated that they are unsure who the leader is between Georgia and the Ducks. But this is awesome to see Georgia officially named the leader by someone who is as in the know as Gorey is.
This prediction however should be taken with a grain of salt based on the nature of the post. In the above social media post, Gorey is predicting where he thinks all of the top 10 players in the country will commit to. Some of these players might be close to committing while others may not know themselves where they are leaning, so Gorey is just making an educated guess with each player.
But still, with a commitment date now known for Curtis, this prediction for him does hold some value. It will be interesting to see if more predictions are logged soon in favor of Georgia, but for now it appears they are the slight favorite.
