Georgia doesn’t have many players committed to their 2028 recruiting class, but those that are make up some of the best recruits in the country. That includes Asa Wall who is an elite tight end that committed to Georgia in October.

The full 2028 recruiting rankings aren’t out yet, so Wall has not been ranked. But when those rankings do come out everyone should expect to see him ranked extremely high.

Not only will he likely be ranked very high, but people are already talking about him like they did Brock Bowers out of high school.

Asa Wall draws unique comparison to Brock Bowers

Wall is one of just two players committed to Georgia's 2028 recruiting class already. The other is five-star quarterback Jayden Wade who is ranked and is the No. 1 player in the country. While Wall isn't quite good enough to be ranked yet, he is already being talked about as one of the best tight ends in the country.

The above post mentions that Wall is the most athletic tight end in the country. It even takes it one step futher by saying that is the case regardless of class. So out of all the tight ends still in high school, which includes players older than him, he is the most athletic player of them all.

This statement is sounding very similar to things that were said about Brock Bowers out of high school. He maybe wasn't the most athletic guy coming out of high school, but his raw power and size made him stand out just like Wall has. And everyone knows how good things turned out for Bowers and Georgia once he got to campus.

The good news for Georgia is that Wall already made it abundantly clear that he will never decommit from UGA, so Kirby Smart can sleep well at night knowing he already has an elite player locked into his 2028 class.
