All Georgia fans want is for Stetson Bennett to get an opportunity to play in the NFL. It could be for any team, but so far he has lived out his rookie contract in LA and hasn't been given a chance to play.

The Atlanta Falcons finally had an opportunity to trade for him and bring him back to the Peach State, but they unfortunately opted against that and kept him exiled in LA instead.

Atlanta Falcons made a Stetson Bennett mistake

Georgia fans desperately want Stetson Bennett to play for the Atlanta Falcons. Bennett is still under contract in LA, so the only way that can happen right now is if Atlanta trades for him.

That Falcons had an opportunity to do so after their second quarterback went down with an injury this offseason. Instead of going after Bennett though they chose to sign veteran QB Cooper Rush who has never proven to be good enough to be a starter.

Bennett however has not had a chance to prove himself yet, so maybe he deserved this opportunity over Rush. You never truly know how good or bad a player will be until they are given an opportunity, and the Falcons could've tried to trade for Bennett to give him one.

Bennett only has one year left on his contract, so maybe he will finally be given a chance heading into next season on another team.

New prediction is in as Georgia and Clemson battle for 4-star Seth Williams

Georgia and Clemson are in a heated battle for four-star defensive back Seth Williams. He originally was going to commit on July 3, but he canceled that commitment date and decided to commit on July 31 instead.

This delay was great for Georgia because it looked like he was going to pick Clemson. But over the past month everything has changed and it is Georgia who is being predicted to win this recruitment.

Georgia will soon find out if that is true or not, but as of now they are trending in the right direction for what would be their second defensive back commit of the 2027 recruiting cycle.

5-star Georgia commit Jayden Wade might lose his No. 1 ranking

Georgia's future at quarterback was set in stone once Jayden Wade committed to them. He is the No. 1 quarterback in the 2028 class, and since committing to Georgia last November he has remained loyal to them.

Wade however is getting closer to losing his No. 1 quarterback ranking. On Wednesday 247Sports updated their 2028 class rankings and he stayed put at No. 1 for his position and No. 2 in the entire class. Unfortunately for him Christopher Vargas, who is the No. 2 quarterback, inched closer to passing him as he is now the No. 4 player in the country.

Georgia probably doesn't care what he is ranked, but fans would love to see him hold onto the No. 1 ranking for as long as possible. But as long as he stays committed to Georgia and signs with them next year then that is all that truly matters.
