Georgia's bye week is over and the Bulldogs are ready for their final five game stretch of the season. This stretch is as important as it can get as Georgia still has everything to play for this season. A trip to the SEC Championship game is still attainable as is a berth into the College Football Playoff, but the Bulldogs have to finish the season strong if they are going to make it to either event.
The first matchup for Georgia in this final stretch is Florida. The Gators enter this game at 3-4 with their season already over, but Florida is looking to play spoiler under interim head coach Billy Gonzales.
This is a game Georgia should win, but Vegas has set an intriguing line that indicates this game might be closer than most people expect.

ESPN also predicts Georgia will win this game as they give UGA a 79.1 percent chance to emerge victorious.
Georgia football vs Florida prediction
Florida gave Georgia a lot of problems last season. In fact, Florida looked like the better team until quarterback DJ Lagway got injured. So the Gators will have a lot of confidence heading into this matchup even if their season has gone sideways.
But Lagway is not having as good of a season this year as he did last year. He has thrown nine interceptions this season which has prevented Florida's offense from being able to find any rhythem. Gunner Stockton however is trending in the right direction at the perfect time as he is coming off a five touchdown performance against Ole Miss two weeks ago.
The difference in play between Lagway and Stockton will be the difference in this game. Both defenses will play well to start the game, but Georgia's offense will settle in throughout the second half and pull away with a late touchdown run by Chauncey Bowens, who by the way used to be a Florida commit.
