Arguably Georgia's biggest game of the season is against Ole Miss, and that matchup has finally arrived. The Bulldogs are looking for some revenge after the Rebels knocked them out of the playoff last season, but on top of that they are hoping to strengthen their hold on the SEC with a win this weekend.
So much is on the line for both teams this weekend, so here is all the information fans need to know to watch.
What time do Ole Miss and Georgia play?
Kickoff between Ole Miss and Georgia is scheduled for 7:30 pm EST on Saturday, Nov. 7. This game is being played in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, MS.
How to watch Ole Miss and Georgia
Georgia and Ole Miss will air on ABC. This game can also be streamed on Fubo TV and the ESPN app as well.
Georgia vs Ole Miss final odds
The spread for nearly every college football game will shift at some point throughout the week from where it originally opened. That however didn't happen with this matchup. Georgia originally opened as a three point favorite over Ole Miss, and as of now they are favored by 3.5 points over the Rebels.
Georgia is 6-2 against the spread so far this season. Ole Miss on the other hand is only 4-4 against the spread this year. The Rebels are much better against the spread at home against top 15 teams though. Over the past four years they are a perfect 6-0 at home against the spread and straight up against top 15 teams which includes their 28-10 win over Georgia in 2024.
So while the odds are in Georgia's favor heading into this game, history shows that Ole Miss stands a great chance at winning this game.
Georgia vs Ole Miss injury updates
Georgia has gotten a lot of great injury news heading into their matchup with Ole Miss. Wide receiver Isiah Canion has been out since the second game of the season, but on Thursday he was removed from their injury report and appears to be making his return this weekend.
Running back Chauncey Bowens could also be making his return this weekend as well. He was injured a few weeks ago and when it initially happened some people in the program feared it could've been season ending, He hasn't been fully cleared to play against Ole Miss yet, but on Friday he was listed as probable to play on their official injury report.
Ole Miss on the other hand isn't getting as lucky on their injury report. Star running back Kewan Lacy will miss his second game in a row this weekend after being hurt at Texas. EDGE Kam Franklin and linebacker Keaton Thomas are game-time decisions for Ole Miss, but if either player is ruled out that would be difficult for the Rebels to overcome.
Georgia and Ole Miss have turned into quite the rivalry over the last few years. They are nowhere near becoming a traditional rivalry, but the last few years they have met multiple times with so much on the line each time they've played. That is no different this season as both teams are making their final push to make the SEC Championship game and earn a spot in the College Football Playoff.
Game odds adjust periodically and are subject to change.
