Kirby Smart has been known to give a passionate speech or two throughout his career with Georgia football. However, it is pretty rare for Georgia fans to get to hear these speeches.

Thankfully a portion of Smart's postgame locker room speech after the Bulldogs' win against Florida last weekend made it onto the internet, because this speech is gold.

Carson Beck was visibly frustrated with himself after their game last weekend, and it's hard to blame him. Even though Georgia won, he just threw three interceptions for the second game in a row, so of course he isn't going to be happy with himself.

Beck looked like hie was losing confidence, that is until Smart had this to say in the locker room in front of the entire team.

Kirby Smart gives motivational speech to Carson Beck

"It is hard playing that position (quarterback). It's hard when people want to criticize you all the time for how you play," Smart said in the above video after defeating Florida. "And every time we needed this guy to step up on third downs he does it. He overcame a lot today. Now he didn't play his best game but I know this, we can help him play better by playing better around him."

This may just be one of the most motivational speeches directed at one player that I've ever seen. In this speech, Smart covered all the important points to help build his quarterback up.

He made the point about how hard playing quarterback is, he shared how well Beck has actually been playing recently, and then called on the rest of the team to have Beck's back and help him improve.

As this speech went on you could feel the energy in the room building. It's clear these guys want to play with Beck as their quarterback, and it's clear that they have full faith in him.

So don't be surprised to see Beck have a breakout game against Ole Miss, because his spirits have to be extremely high after hearing his head coach say this.
