It's hard to put into words how impressive Georgia football's 30-15 win against Texas was on Saturday night. Everyone doubted this team. Nobody thought Georgia even stood a chance.

But what did Georgia do? They went out and took it Texas from the moment the game began. Georgia dominated Texas all night long. Sure, Texas did make things a little interesting during the third quarter, but did any of us think Georgia was going to end up losing this game? I didn't even for a second.

As you likely would imagine, Kirby Smart was extremely emotional after this win. Not only was it his 100th victory as head coach at Georgia, but all the circumstances that transpired throughout the game made this postgame soundbite one of the best postgame interviews I have ever seen.

"Nobody gave us a chance," Smart said after the game on TV. "Your whole network doubted us, nobody believed us and then they tried to rob us with calls in this place, and these guys are so resilient. We talked about intent. What was our intent when we walked on the field? Our intent was not to take pictures, not to do all the superstar stuff. Our intent was to eat."

The best part about this clip is that the entire country got to see it live on their TVs.

Smart isn't hiding his feelings at all. Nor should he, especially after the wild decision from the officials to overturn a call in the Longhorns' favor while their fans through trash onto the field.

But this win and this moment is the perfect reason as to why we all love Smart so much. Not only is he an elite coach who is capable of beating any team no matter the venue, but he is willing to speak his mind and defend his team even on live television.

That is what makes Smart so great, and that is what makes this clip potentially the best interview I have seen him give in his nine year career.
