Georgia football is yet to hear any concrete news surrounding their recruitment of USC transfer wide receiver Zachariah Branch. Branch and his brother Zion are some of the most sought after recruits in the transfer portal as they are a package deal and Zachariah is the No. 4 overall player in the portal according to 247Sports.
Things were looking very good for Georgia because they were the first school that the duo visited after entering the transfer portal. However, this visit took place on Dec. 20, so it is a little discouraging that nothing has transpired since then.
Nothing concrete has come out yet regarding what school the Branch brothers are leaning towards, but there is a new team getting involved in their recruitment that the duo recently visited.

Branch brothers visit Miami (FL)
According to Steve Wiltfong and Pete Nakos with On3, the Branch brothers reportedly took a visit to Miami (FL) on Jan. 2. This is the third visit that the duo have taken as they visited Georgia back in December and also visited Arizona State the following day as well.
Tennessee is another team that has been linked with the brothers, but there has not been anything made public about a visit taking place with the Vols yet.
In a day and age when everyone always seems to know what is going on in a recruitment, the Branch brothers have done the exact opposite. Sure it is obvious that they are interested in Georgia, Arizona State and Miami (FL) because they took visits to each school, but nothing has come out after these visits about which school they might be leaning towards.
There also is no indication about when they plan to announce their commitment either, so it realistically could be any day now or quite some time still. Whenever the time does come for them to commit, hopefully they choose Georgia, because the Bulldogs could really use both brothers on their team next season.
