Georgia so far this season has passed every test they've faced as they are a perfect 3-0 after blowing Arkansas out on Saturday in their SEC opener and first road game of the season. The entire team deserves credit for how well they've played so far this season, but Mike Bobo's offense arguably has been the best unit through three games this year.
Bobo and the Georgia offense have scored 178 points so far this season. That number is significant because it is more than Todd Monken ever scored in a three game stretch while he was Georgia's offensive coordinator.

Mike Bobo is showing why he deserved the contract extension Kirby Smart gave him
Georgia fans point to Monken as one of the biggest reasons why Georgia won their two national championships under Kirby Smart. They also point to him as the gold standard that Bobo needs to live up to, and many fans believe that he hasn't even come close to Monken.
That argument is valid in some aspects because Georgia hasn't won a playoff game since Monken left, but Bobo deserves some credit for helping UGA win the last two SEC Championships. Those titles was enough for Smart to extend Bobo this offseason, but some fans were upset by this and don't believe Bobo deserved a contract extension.
So far this season though Bobo has Georgia's offense humming. He scored more points in a three game stretch than Monken ever did, and that is an accomplishment worth celebrating. All these points did come against significantly overmatched opponents though, so fans should take Bobo's fast start with a grain of salt. Georgia however played a lot of teams they were much better than when Monken was the offensive coordinator too, but Bobo was still able to score more in a three game stretch than Monken ever did.
Oklahoma in Week 4 is Mike Bobo's chance to prove how good he is
Some fans might not be ready to give Bobo his flowers because of the lack of competition Georgia has faced this year. Bobo and Georgia's offense though will face one of their toughest tests all year when the Oklahoma Sooners come to town next week.
Oklahoma has underachieved so far this season. They are 2-1 overall with a somewhat ugly loss at Michigan and a narrow win at home against New Mexico this week. As a result Georgia is a big favorite entering their matchup, but that doesn't mean this game will be easy. Oklahoma's offense hasn't proven to be much of a threat this year, but their defense has lived up to the hype.
So far this season Oklahoma has only allowed just 7.6 points per game. They gave up 17 points to Michigan in their week two loss, but that is still a solid performance on the road in a tough environment.
Oklahoma's defense will be a big challenge for Georgia's offense and Bobo. If Georgia can play well against this defense and score a lot of points then that might be the one thing Bobo needed to do to start winning over even his biggest haters this season.
