Georgia football handled their business against Mississippi State on Saturday as they took down the Bulldogs on the road 41-21. This game was all Georgia from the moment it began, and a big reason why was because of the dominant performance from running back Nate Frazier.

Frazier entered this season as Georgia's starting running back, but redshirt freshman Chauncey Bowens had taken that role from him. But instead of hanging his head, Frazier put his head down and ran for a whopping 181 yards on Saturday against Mississippi State. While having two elite running backs is a good problem to have, Frazier's impressive showing puts Kirby Smart and his staff in a difficult position.

Nate Frazier's dominance increases Georgia's RB dilemma

Georgia has two running backs who are more than capable of being their leader out of the backfield in Frazier and Bowens. However, it appeared that Bowens had officially taken over that role for the rest of the season as he was named the starter against Mississippi State. But instead of Bowens leading the charge, it ended up being Frazier.

Bowens still had a solid game as he ran for 28 yards and one touchdown on seven carries, but Frazier's nearly 200 yard effort stole the show.

Smart and his staff have a tough decision to make going forward as to who their top running back is. While it will be difficult for them to decide who should get the most carries each week, there really isn't a wrong answer. Both Frazier and Bowens clearly have what it takes to be effective in Georgia's offense, so as long as they both keep playing well then it doesn't really matter who gets the most carries.

Regardless, it will be interesting to see if Frazier gets the start against Texas next week or if Bowens will take control of the backfield again.
