While all Georgia football fans are rightfully still celebrating the big win over No. 1 Texas from Saturday night, there is another story unfolding in the Georgia football community that is much more important. And yes, this even trumps Kirby Smart reaching his 100th career victory on Saturday night as well.

Nick Chubb's return to the NFL is by far the most heart-warming story probably of the season for all Georgia football fans. In case you forgot, Chubb suffered a terrible knee injury last season with the Cleveland Browns during their week two game in the NFL. The injury was so bad that many didn't know if he would step foot on a football field ever again.

But I think all of us at Georgia knew he would make a return because that is exactly who Chubb is. He is hardworking, dedicated, loyal, and the perfect representation of what it means to be a Georgia Bulldog. That's why it was such a big deal when it was announced that he would be playing on Sunday against the Cincinatti Bengals.

Not only did Chubb play, but he found the end zone on a key 4th & Goal at the end of the first half.

Chubb unfortunately didn't have the greatest game as he tallied 11 carries for 22 yards and the one touchdown. The Browns also lost the game 21-14 to move to 1-6 on the season.

But let's be honest, none of that truly matters. Chubb being healthy enough just to step foot on the field, let alone find the end zone, is as inspirational of a story as you will ever find. Anything else he accomplishes the rest of his career is just icing on the cake.

Now don't get me wrong, I would love to see Chubb get back to playing at the level he was before his injury while finding team success as well. But as long as he stays healthy and continues to work hard and inspire others, then that is a win in my books.
