Georgia football has had a near perfect early signing period as the Bulldogs so far have had 25 of their 26 commits sign with UGA. The only player who did not sign with Georgia was running back Ousmane Kromah, who flipped to Florida State at the last second.
So other than Kromah, every Georgia commit that has signed their National Letter of Intent has signed with with Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs. However, there are two UGA commits who are yet to officially sign with any team.
Four-star DB Jaylan Morgan and three-star QB Hezekiah Millender are yet to put pen to paper and become official members of Georgia’s 2025 recruiting class. This could be concerning to some because it’s been almost 48 hours since the early signing period has begun, but according to Jed May with Rivals there is nothing for Georgia fans to be concerned about.
Just posted a Thursday afternoon update on Jaylan Morgan and Hezekiah Millender. Don't worry Georgia fans, all is well:https://t.co/IwRCTYV9ZA

Why haven’t Morgan and Millender signing with Georgia yet?
There really isn’t any way for us to know exactly why neither player has signed with Georgia yet or not. If you are a subscriber to Rivals then you will be able to read what May has to shared in the above post, but according to what he is revealing on social media, there is no need for Georgia fans to worry.
There is a chance that both players are waiting to put on an event at their school to celebrate their commitment, which is completely understadable for any recruit to do. So while we wait for these two to officially sign with Georgia, there is one big name to keep an eye on who is yet to announce his commitment.
Five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry is set to announce his commitment on Friday, and so far all signs point towards him picking Georgia. So if UGA is able to hold on to these two commits and add Terry, then they will move back into the No. 1 spot in this year's recruiting rankings.
