The Georgia Bulldogs have officially kicked off SEC play in Fayetteville today as they play the Arkansas Razorbacks. While not many headlines were expected to come out of this game Georgia is already likely to be without one of their top transfers for the rest of the game.
In the first quarter, Isiah Canion was spotted hobbling off to the sideline in a no-contact play and without the ball going in his direction.

Canion is a new transfer from Georgia Tech that was expected to take on a major role in this new-look Bulldogs offense. The 6'4" junior has a unique combination of speed while being able to bring in contested catches, similar to Colbie Young on the Bulldogs last year.
While his production has been limited early this season with only three catches for 28 yards, fans were expecting him to take a major leap going into SEC play. Now that he is ruled out for the rest of the game against Arkansas, that future could be in question. It is reportedly a right knee injury, and although uncertain the severity of the injury, it is obviously something the coaching staff is not wanting to risk in a game where the spread is over three touchdowns in Georgia's favor.

Key Bulldogs expected to step up in Isiah Canion's place
Craig Dandridge is a name that has already been mentioned once this game with a run on an end-around, so expect the true freshman to have more plays go his direction early. Along with Dandridge is Sacovie White-Helton. White-Helton is a key slot player for Georgia that has already had a couple of key catches in this football game.
Talyn Taylor has yet to make any noise in this game, but I would not expect that to last long in this game. Taylor's explosiveness with the ball in his hands make him an electric player to step up in situations like this. Nate Frazier has also already had several touches and a touchdown. Frazier should get even more touches as Mike Bobo will likely want to enforce Georgia's advantage on the line of scrimmage.
Georgia should be fine regardless of whether Canion comes back in or not. Hopefully this injury is not severe and it is something that will not keep Canion off the field for Georgia's tough matchup at home next week against Oklahoma.
