Georgia football is in the midst of one of their hottest recruiting stretches in quite some time. First the Bulldogs flipped a four-star safety from Georgia Tech on Monday, then followed that up by getting their top commit so far in the 2026 class on Tuesday.

Fast forward one day to Wednesday night and Kirby Smart received yet another commitment from one of the top players in the country.

4-star wide receiver CJ Wiley

According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, four-star wide receiver CJ Wiley has committed to Georgia. Wiley is the No. 84 overall player in the country according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He also is the No. 13 wide receiver in the country and the No. 11 player from the state of Georgia.

This is the second flip of the week as Wiley was previously committed to Florida State. Wiley decommitted from the Seminoles on Oct. 27, and ever since then it was clear that Georgia was the team to beat. In fact, Georgia was always a team that was very high on Wiley's list as the Bulldogs had three crystal ball predictions in their favor on 247Sports dating back to June.

Wiley is now the 25th player in the Bulldogs' 2025 recruiting class, which is still ranked No. 3 in the country on 247Sports. However, they are only a couple points behind both Alabama and Ohio State, so there is a very realistic chance Georgia ends up with the top recruiting class in the country for the second year in a row.

Smart and his staff can't be stopped right now. This is the third commitment for Georgia just this week, and who knows, maybe Smart still has some more magic up his sleeve.

But regardless of what happens the rest of this week, this has been one of the most successful recruiting weeks of the year. Now let's hope the Bulldogs finish it off with a big win on Saturday against Ole Miss.
