TV, announcers set for Georgia football vs. No. 16 Ole Miss
Georgia football is ready to hit the road one last time this season as the No. 3 Bulldogs will travel to No. 16 Ole Miss for an SEC showdown. A lot is on the line for Georgia coming off their 34-20 win over Florida because their hopes of winning an SEC championship and making the College Football Playoffs are still up in the air.
So with two conference games remaining this season, it is critical that they win both so all of their goals are still in their control.
But before Georgia gets to that point, they need to handle their business that is directly in front of them, and this week that is a very talented Rebels squad that is one of the hottest teams in the country.
TV and announcers set for Georgia vs. Ole Miss
Georgia will take on Ole Miss at 3:30 pm EST on Saturday, Nov. 9 on ABC. But don't remind Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin this, because he is furious this isn't a night game.
Sean McDonough will lead the TV crew as the play-by-play announcer while Greg McElroy will be the crew's analyst. Molly McGrath will be the member of the crew roaming the sidelines as well.
This is potentially the hardest game remaining on Georgia's schedule. Sure Tennessee, who UGA plays in two weeks, is ranked higher, but this is a road game against an offense that can score a lot of points in a hurry. ESPN's FPI also favors Ole Miss in this game as well.
So put all of that together and this will be a tough game to win for Kirby Smart's squad. But these are the games that Georgia has always found a way to win under Smart, so the expectation is that Georgia will return to Athens with yet another big win, which would be their fifth in a row.
