Georgia football five-star quarterback commit Jayden Wade has scheduled his first fall visit for the upcoming season, and he will be coming to Athens for the Bulldogs’ week two contest against Western Kentucky.
Wade has been committed to Georgia for close to a year now, and so far he has remained loyal to them. The Bulldogs still have over a year to go to hold onto his commitment, but so far Wade is all in on Georgia. Also, the fact that his upcoming visit to Athens is his only visit currently on the books continues to show that Georgia remains in an excellent position in his recruitment.

Jayden Wade schedules his one and only visit to Georgia
It's difficult to express just how important it is that Wade's only scheduled visit up to this point is to Georgia. If he were going to flip to another school he would likely take at least one visit there first. So if he continues to not visit other schools then the chances of him flipping away from Georgia are probably slim.
Wade has no shortage of other schools that are interested in him. He is the No. 1 quarterback in the country, so it'd be silly to think that many other schools weren't trying to recruit him. So far only a couple schools have gone public with their interest over the summer, but every time that has occurred Wade has made sure to let Georgia know that he is still 100 percent locked in with them.
Things can obviously change at some point with Wade. Recruiting is as volatile as ever before, and that can be even more true with the top players in the country. Wade however committed to Georgia back in November and there is yet to be a moment where it feels like he could decommit, and as long as Georgia is the only school he visits this fall those feelings might not ever go away.
One question still remains about Jayden Wade's commitment to Georgia
There will always be a part of Georgia that knows Wade could decommit at any point, but that isn't the only question they face in his recruitment.
Wade has never publicly spoken about reclassifying to the 2027 recruiting class. Even though he hasn't discussed it there are still media members who think it is a possibility. If he does reclassify into the 2027 class and remains committed to Georgia then he would arrive in Athens next spring which is a whole year earlier than expected.
That would be impeccable timing because Georgia will be in the midst of a quarterback battle next offseason as this is Gunner Stockton's last season at Georgia. Ryan Puglisi and Ryan Montgomery figure to be the most likely players to win the job as of now, but Wade would have a serious chance at competing for the job as well.
Georgia likely only cares about holding onto his commitment whether he remains in the 2028 class or reclassifies to the 2027 class. That decision is ultimately only up to Wade, and at this point he hasn't even hinted at the idea of reclassifying. Certain members of the media still think there's a tiny chance it could happen though, so that is something Georgia may have to prepare for.
