Saturday marks the biggest game of Georgia's season up to this point as they welcome Oklahoma to Athens. This marks the first time these teams have played since the Sooners joined the SEC, so what better time to stripe out Sanford Stadium to make as intimidating of an environment as possible.
Fans in the stands are responsible for striping out the stadium, but the grounds crew did their part by painting the out of bounds lines along the sideline to match the color fans will be wearing on that side of the stadium.

Multiple elite recruits will get to experience Georgia's stripe out
Georgia has one of the best list of visitors for this weekend's game in the country. It features five-star commits Kemon Spell and Jaxon Dollar along with four-star quarterback commit Colton Nussmeier. Three five-stars in the 2028 class will be in town as well which includes the No. 2 prospect in the country Kellan Hall.
Hall is one of Georgia' top targets in the 2028 recruting class, unfortunately he is for Oklahoma as well. In fact, Oklahoma just received two crystal ball predictions in their favor to win his recruitment. Those predictions came in earlier this week, so there is a chance he's in Athens to check out Oklahoma in person more than he's there to see Georgia.
Current four-star offensive line commit Kelsey Adams is a big name for Georgia to watch as well. He has been committed to UGA since last September, but earlier this week he was expected to visit LSU this weekend. On Friday though he changed his mind and will be in Athens instead.
Georgia could effectively end Oklahoma's season with a win
Georgia enters Saturday's game a perfect 3-0 and the No. 2 team in the country. Oklahoma on the other hand is 2-1 and are unranked after starting the season inside the top 10.
Georgia's season would be far from over if they lose to the Sooners. Their chances of making the College Football Playoff would decrease with a loss, but they could still afford one more loss and still have a good chance to make it in. Oklahoma however can't say the same thing if they lose. If Oklahoma loses they would be 2-2 with an ugly win against New Mexico last week that hurts their resume more than it helps. If the Sooners ran the table from there and finished 10-2 they could still make the playoff, but that wouldn't be a guarantee.
Oklahoma however has a date with No. 1 Texas after playing Georgia, so they would be staring 2-3 straight in the face which would essentially end their hopes of winning the SEC or making the playoff.
That fact alone gives Oklahoma a lot of reasons to bring their best game to Athens. They haven't looked great the last two weeks, but they have the talent and coaching to turn it around any given week.
For Georgia's sake that better not be this week because their goals will be harder to accomplish if they lose this game.
