The biggest matchup in college football this week sees No. 2 Georgia head west to take on No. 6 Alabama. Both teams are 5-0 entering this game and are looking to emerge as a frontrunner to win the SEC and make a run at a national championship, but only one team can win and take control of their destiny.

As always, here is everything fans need to know to watch Georgia and Alabama play in college football's game of the week.

Georgia vs Alabama final betting odds

Saturday marks the first time that Georgia is an underdog this season as Alabama is favored by 2.5 points, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. The over-under for this game is set at 51.5 points as well.

Georgia originally opened as the favorite earlier this week, but the odds quickly shifted in Alabama's favor which has remained the case for most of this week.

What time do Georgia and Alabama play?

Kickoff between Georgia and Alabama is scheduled for 7:30 pm EST. This game will be played in Tuscaloosa on Alabama's campus which marks the second road game of the season for Georgia.

Georgia's matchup against Alabama is their first night game of the season as well.

How to watch Georgia and Alabama play

Georgia vs Alabama will air on ABC. This game will also be available to be streamed on the ESPN app and Fubo TV as well.

Georgia vs Alabama final injury report

Georgia got good news earlier this week on the injury front as starting running back Nate Frazier is good to go after missing the Oklahoma game two weeks ago and only getting two carries last week against Vanderbilt. Unfortunately backup running back Chauncey Bowens is out for Saturday's game.

Georgia's wide receiver room has seen better days too as Thomas Blackshear and Isiah Canion have both been ruled out as well.

The Bulldogs overall should be able to sustain these losses thanks to their depth at both positions. Frazier and Bo Walker should expect to get a lot of carries throughout this game, and Talyn Taylor and the tight end room should figure to get more looks in the passing game as well. If a couple more injuries happen throughout this game though then Georgia could be in trouble.

Georgia vs Alabama weather update

Earlier this week the big storm brewing in the Gulf of Mexico seemed like it was going to be a big problem for Georgia's game against Alabama. It was initially expected to increase in strength and hit Tuscaloosa Saturday night which made the potential for this game to be postponed feel real.

Thankfully as the week has gone on the weather report has improved. The storm is still massive and extremely dangerous, but the worst of it should be through Tuscaloosa before kickoff. Alabama has put some restictions on tailgating because of this storm and College GameDay will be indoors Saturday morning, but during the game fans should expect light rain fall and moderate winds that shouldn't be too difficult for both Georgia and Alabama to deal with.

Final Georgia vs Alabama prediction

Georgia and Alabama have the top two scoring offenses in the country. It'd be easy to assume that means a high scoring game is on the horizon, but the weather report made Vegas' over-under drop significantly throughout the week.

The weather however may not play as big of a role in this game as people thought a few days ago, so both offenses could still have big days.

The different in this matchup is the defenses. Georgia is ranked No. 13 in scoring defense while Alabama isn't even in the top 50. So while both offenses are as elite as it gets in college football so far this season Georgia's defense appears to be better than Alabama's and that could end up being the difference in this high scoring game.

Prediction: Georgia 34, Alabama 31
